Netball
Last term from Monday to Friday, Mr Reid had sorted out the netball team for this year. Some players are new and some are old who played last year. This week we started our netball practices. So far our practices has been fantastic and everybody is starting to play with their skills also having to play with speed. I enjoyed our practices.
Our Pasificka Study Performance
Today at our assembly every class performed an item relating to the traditional of Samoan and Tongan. The performance started off from room 1. Followed by 5, 6, 7, and then finally the seniors room 9, 10, and 12. My favorite performance was room 1, they performed an traditional Samoan dance called the SΔsΔ. There actions that they performed was very active to the Samoan dance that they were doing. When it was Room 12's turn we went up and sang HOW FAR I'LL GO. I thought it will be hard because there was a whole lot of people staring at me, but when I stood up I started to become less scared and more confident.

Chicken Curry And Rice
Today we went to tech and we made chicken curry and rice. What we used to make was chicken, curry powder, black pepper, tomato paste and brown sugar to make the sauce sweet. First what we did was to boil the chicken with cold water and when that was cooking,we could put the sauce in. When we were doing the tomato paste sauce we had to add it into our pan and stir it. After we mixed it we drained the water from the chicken so we can add with the source. After cooking it we place the rice into our plate and put our chicken and our sauce in then after we ate some.

Daily Fitnessππππππππ
Every week we always do circuits and running for our daily fitness. We do all kinds of fitness, at each station when we do our circuits like one of them are called static stretches.
When we do our running we always get timed 10min run. When I run I felt tired and sweaty also when I do my circuits. When I do circuits my buddies in my group help me force myself to do every station.
What I think about daily fitness is quite hard and focusing. When you do fitness you really have to think about focusing on what you are doing to your body and if you want to get fit or not.

Samoan Singing
Every Friday's we go to Samoan singing to learn the songs of Samoa. We sang a couple of songs, but the first song we sang was Le Aute. Then we sang the same version but a different song which was Le Pua. The teacher that was teaching our Samoan songs was Mrs Folu. When we were coming back to class I learnt how to sing the songs of Samoa and I learnt there language.
